Order of icons changes after opening calendar

Bug Description

Click the clock item, click again to close, order of icons in the dock changes, the first icon is moved to back.

using v.0.81 from apt repository on ubuntu 8.10

I'm confirming this. It isn't directly related to the calender, though.
If you drag the dock smaller until all non-active items disappear and keep dragging a bit further, then one of the following actions make the icons switch places:

-Drag dock even smaller
-Enter and exit search mode
-Open and close calender

It looks to me like this is by design, updating the docky with more relevant icons.

Can't see how taking the first icon and moving it last is more relevant than the order I choose, but please correct me if I'm misunderstanding something here

Another way to trigger this is to move a launcher to your home folder to somewhere other than where it thinks it wants to be, then click it. The launcher jumps as the spawned nautilus window appears, and if there is some pattern / logic to where they end up I can't work it out...

Suggestion - if Docky is using its own internal logic to decide what order icons should appear in, maybe it should only move them when it launches at the beginning of a session. Having them move around during a session can be disquieting.
