"Wrong number of arguments" when trying to compare files in Meld with spaces in names

Bug Description

I am not sure if this is Gnome Do's fault, the plug-in's fault, or Meld's fault, but I cannot compare files with spaces in the names. It treats each piece of a file name as an argument.

Please with every bug report you file for the rest of life, give some basic

Hm. Sounds like we're passing unquoted strings, which might be messing
with meld. Perhaps just escaping each string with ""s would help?

I'm assuming that's the problem, yes. I don't know which piece of software is responsible for this, though.
