Docky generates a new icon for GTK apps even if it is already present as a dock item

Bug Description
I'm currently experiencing this on Jaunty alpha5 + todays updates and Do trunk rev. 1067.
Banshee Media Player is in the dock but clicking on it creates another icon named Banshee (and the Banshee plugin doesn't work on this entry).
This also happens to Synaptic Package Manager which becomes a new icon named synaptic.
Those are the only ones i have seen thus far.
