Bug Description
If I summon gnome-do and jump straight to text mode ('.'), CTRL-C and CTRL-V have no effect, even though I have text in the clipboard. If I instead move to the second pane and then enter text mode (e.g. type 'twitter<tab>.'), CTRL-C and CTRL-V work predictably. Is this intended behavior? If so, why?

Yeah, it's really annoying. It would be great if I can paste text from clipboard in the first pane in the Text mode.
