Bug Description

Running the latest 0.8 package, with an intel 3100 gpu and the drivers in Ubuntu 8.10 and metacity's compositing feature turned on. No additional gnome-do plugins loaded. I have a quadcore cpu and 4 gigs of ram.

When I have lots of windows open (or when those windows consume a lot of processing power?), gnome-do starts lagging. This can be reproduced easily by having gnome-system-monitor running, and a little less easily by having a bunch of apps open: evolution, epiphany with lots of tabs (30+), rhythmbox, xchat-gnome, openoffice.org3 writer.

Minimizing some of the apps (such as epiphany) makes gnome-do entirely fluid again, until you un-minimize the app.

I can confirm this. If I am using for a long time gnome-do, the performance decreases. If now I restart gnome-do, the performance become as fast as at the beginning.
