Please make "make run" run Do

Bug Description
It would be great for contributors and users building from source to be able to simply type "make run" to run Do. We used to use "./Do/gnome-do" from the build root to run Do, but this no longer works. "mono build/Do.exe" currently works.
$ ./autogen.sh
$ make
$ make run
