.gtk-bookmarks access denied error on start

Bug Description

When I started the gnome-do, it gave me the following error

Do.Universe.Linux.GNOMESpecialLocationsItemSource "GNOME Special Locations" encountered an error in UpdateItems: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '/home/user/.gtk-bookmarks' is denied.

The error appeared in all of the following conditions
1. The folder was not existed
2. The folder was created (read permission to all)
3. The folder was created (full permission to all)

But the Gnome-Do can start.

Subsequent actions caused

xdg-open: unexpected option '--look-up'
Try 'xdg-open --help' for more information.

- Gnome-Do-Plugins 0.8.4-5
