On several occasions I was forced to kill some applications including Gnome Do. After I kill & relaunch Gnome Do, the assigned shortcut is reset to nothing, but i get the main interface from which I could reassign the shortcut from the preferences menu.
This last time, I was not able to get the window to reassign the shortcut! No matter how many times I try, Gnome Do doesn't launch (graphically); it is running in the background.
I haven't tried to reboot the system this time since I've been working on something & do not wish to reboot.
How can I access the preferences?
Btw, I think it would be useful in such cases if Gnome Do had a cli interface or at least some options!

The only way I found to circumvent this & launch the interface was to launch two instances from the terminal!
After I set the shorcut I would quit both & relaunch it as normal!
There must be an easier way to access the preferences!
