summon do shortcut wiped randomly on 12.04 and have to reset it

I have recently installed 12.04 64-bit Ubuntu and set gnome-do to autostart. I first thought it wasn't autostarting occasionally properly. I have come to realize that the shortcut key keeps getting wiped randomly to summon do. I have set the shortcut key to <super><space>. The shortcut key for summon do text mode is <ctrl><super><space> and this doesn't seem to get wiped but I hardly ever use it.
