Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
Install Eclipse or Intellij Idea
Add a shortcut to the main menu to its launching script
Activate Gnome-Do
Type "focus" Tab, now search through all possible windows, Idea or Eclipse does not appear there.
However they do appear in the docky!

Even if we can't match the program to the icon, we can at least show the windows title in the list of possible windows that the action "Focus" applies to!

Seems to work for me.

Sorry the eclipse is not a valid example, since it can be executed with a binary. Try to install IntelliJ IDEA, it runs with a bash script. Or try to run eclipse through a bash script which executes java.

(Also it wouldn't work for eclipse if you wouldn't have a menu item for it, it should fall back to window title if it doesn't find it in the menu items, but that's a little different problem)

I can confirm this for NetBeans IDE as well. NetBeans also gets started via bash:
#/bin/sh "/home/frank/netbeans-6.8/bin/netbeans"
