Microblog plugin does not support identica/twitter simultaneously

Microblogging plugin does not allow for the display of both Twitter and Identica feeds at the same time, choosing between the two is an ether/or proposition. This means who users follow people on both services miss out on Tweets/Dents made by those utilising only the service not being currently followed.

The downside to implementing this approach means the possibility of duplicate Tweet/Dents when an Identica user already publishes to both Identica and Twitter via the "Automatically send my notices to Twitter." option.
