Bug Description
If the skype chat with person is already opened 'Start skype chat' command doesn't focus the window.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Do
2. Call 'Start Skype Chat' command with any person
3. Move to another desktop OR unfocus the window.
4. Repeat 'Start Skype Chat' command for the same person.
Notes: The bug is recreatable with Metacity but not Compiz.
The bug is recreatable only for unfocused but not minimized skype chat window
