Bug Description
If I configure the files and folders plug in to index folder A and folder B, and folder B contains an alias to folder A, then folder A is indexed twice and appears twice if I search for "A".
Or as an example. I have indexing on my /desktop and my /home folder. Now I have a folder /documents which is in my home folder, but i also have an alias to /documents on my desktop. Thus, it is indexed twice. When I type "documents" in gnome-do i get two hits:
/home/documents
/home/desktop/
It would be nice if this could be prevented.

But how do we know that you (the user) are aware that 'documents' is in both locations? You might only be used to accessing it from '/home/ desktop/ documents' and if we filter that one out and only present you with '/home/documents' it could be confusing!
