can’t compile plugins 0.8.1.2 with prefix=/usr because of wrong makefile

Bug Description

In Alias/Makefile, line 87 and 88 Do.Platform.dll and Do.Universe.dll don’t use the $PREFIX so if you try to compile it with ./configure --prefix=/usr it won’t work.

Same in AptUrl/Makefile at lines 87, 89 and 91

Same in Archive/Makefile at lines 87, 89, 91

And so on.

Is this from tarball or bzr? if it's from bzr this is failing because you
don't use configure, you use autogen.sh

I used the tarball on an archlinux x86_64. So, no autogen in the tarball.
Same problem this morning with the 0.8.1.3 release.
