pidgin plugin does not return link-local (bonjour) "buddies"

Bug Description
If I have a "buddy" called 'Liam' on my pidgin link-local account it doesn't show up in do.
I'm assuming that these buddies are never wrote to the blist.xml file, it looks like you can however get these buddies via DBus

I seem to have adopted the pidgin plugin. I'll work on this as soon as I can figure out how to get some link-local buddies :)
