Bug Description
This bug tracks porting Dmedia to the rather extensive UserWebKit refactor:

Most important change is the "Hub" pattern that was in dmedia/
I also added a welcome screen for the first time dmedia-gtk is run, which is we're will introduce the user to dmedia and let the user choose where they want their default files-stores (this was actually what got me started on the UserWebKit refactor).
