Replace totem-video-thumbnailer with custom gstreamer thumbnailer

I know it sounds to be a duplicate of bug #680886
It's better to keep the bugs separate just like bug #687961

If you check dmedialib/extractor.py and look at line 182 in function generate_thumbnail

You can see that it uses popen to communicate to totem-video-thumbnailer to get the video metadata. This needs to go away and replaced with hachoir-metadata

I changed the title of this bug slightly as we can't replace totem-video-thumbnailer with hachoir-metadata... this will require a custom gstreamer thumbnailer (quite easy with python-gstreamer).

I'm trying to keep the 0.4 cycle more focused, so I'm re-targeted this for 0.5 as it doesn't fit the 0.4 theme. Which is not to say someone can't take this on during 0.4 - if you completed it, I will land it!

FWIW, this is something that should be done in gstreamer - probably by the gst discoverer. It would make sense to rip the thumbnailer out of totem and put into gstreamer for all apps to use.

FWIW, it's remarkably little code to write a thumbnailer and the actual blocker is this bug:

I fully intent on using the thumbnailer I've already written, because that allows us to set it up in exactly the way that makes the most sense for Dmedia.
