Command 'dmedia' has no man page.

When the python-dmedia package is installed from the PPA, there is no man page installed for the 'dmedia' command. There is suitable documentation in other places (`dmedia --help`, the readme file, comments in source code) but it would be nice for this to be available in the standard way.

I have created a draft man page in the branch lp:~david4dev/dmedia/man-page (file dmedia.1). Normally something has to be added to debian/rules to get the man page to be properly installed from the debian package. However, I am unfamiliar with the package build system used in this project so I don't know what to edit to make this happen. The man page should be installed (and `gzip -9`ed) to /usr/share/man/man1/dmedia.1.gz.

David, awesome, thanks for doing this! So is this ready for merging then? I'll get the packaging stuff setup correctly.

As this is a low-risk change, I'm going to go ahead and merge it for 0.1 so that we have a right and proper man page from day one.
