bashism "echo -e" in DKMS-generated debian postinst

Bug Description

/etc/dkms/template-dkms-mkdeb/debian/postinst uses a couple of lines with "echo -e", but runs with #!/bin/sh. echo -e is a bashism and does not work with e. g. dash. Since the -e is not really necessary here, it should just be dropped.

BTW, out of curiosity, why do you add the "Dell Ubuntu" tasks to dkms bugs?
