Bug Description
The citation keys are currently generated by RefDB, which does a sub-optimal job here. For example, it swallows all non-ASCII characters, and it generates "Anonymous" citation keys for books which don't have a part author. Since it is difficult to fix this in RefDB (no standard Unicode support in C), it should be done in Django-RefDB, so that "Müller2002" becomes "Mueller2002" for example.
