get_project_list() uses .sort() instead of sorted() which imposes rigid requirements to `projects` type

Bug Description

Consequently, when returning a sequence of projects from python-keystoneclient (see https://review.openstack.org/#/c/250473/4/keystoneclient/base.py), one should define sort() method for it as well, although this could be completely avoided.
