django-openid-auth 0.4 packaged differently from previous releases

Bug Description

1. The tarball extracts all the files into the current directory, polluting whatever might already be there, instead of into a subdirectory named django-openid-auth-0.4 as expected (0.3 politely extracts into django-openid-auth-0.3).
2. The format of the name of the tarball file is also different. Whereas 0.3's tarball was named django-openid-auth-0.3.tar.gz, 0.4's was named django-openid-auth_0.4.tar.gz (an underscore between the package name and the version instead of the usual dash).

Although it is too late to fix either issue now, I thought I'd file a bug report for consideration before the next release.

I've also found .pyc and backups files (with extension .~1~).

I think this is related to #887882 (Can't install django-openid-auth 0.4 via pip)
