Removing team to group mapping does not remove group membership on next login

Bug Description
If a user is added to a group on login based on team membership and I subsequently remove that mapping from OPENID_

Both this and bug #386695 could potentially be solved by storing the assigned teams per user on login. This is how we've done it in the drupal teams module.
