X crash in evdev

It's been fixed upstream (post 1.1.2 release), and I think it'd be nice to pull the fix in to the package. Instant crash on startup of X with a Logitech diNovo Desktop Laser, otherwise.

According to http://lists.debian.org/debian-x/2006/11/msg00021.html this patch went into the upstream Debian package 1:1.1.2-6

I still have this problem, my version og xserver-xorg-input-evdev is 1:1.1.5-0ubuntu2

I have a logitech G7 mouse and only can have X with mouse driver

Panda_N_Shark: your issue is likely different. If you still have problems with evdev on Hardy, please open a new bug.
