Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase

Trying to launch KInfoCenter from either Katapult or the Run Command dialog box causes a popup to appear with the message "KDEInit could not launch 'kinfocenter'". KInfoCenter still launches normally despite the message.

Using Kubuntu 6.10 KDE 3.5.5 but also happened in Kubuntu 6.06.

Confirmed on Feisty.
On mine kinfocenter is also empty.

This seems to have been fixed in KDE 3.5.6. No more error messages occur.
