Displayconfig tools is not able to configure my monitor correctly.
My max. resolution should be 1920x1200, but the displayconfig tool configures the monitor in a way that I only can use 1600x1200.
I am also not able to use the test-button, it seems to be deactivated. I have to log out and -in to see the result.
I also tried the *.inf from my driver CD but this gives the same result.
So I still have to configure my display manually.
My System:
Graphic card: nVIDIA Geforce 8600 GT.
Driver version: 100.14.19 from the ubuntu package.
Monitor: BenQ fp231W
This is how the X.org.xonf gets configured through the displayconfig tool.
