Bug Description
The problem is that the label in a GtkFrame is actually a shade of dark grey, not black. This inconsistency with the surrounding black text detracts from what is a very well designed user interface.
Most apps in GNOME now use boxes and alignments to get the same effect as a GtkFrame.
