Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install `disper` package
2. Run `disper -l`

Expected results:
* program works as on 16.04 LTS

Actual results:
* program does not work and crashed with
  Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Notice that the "Fix Released" mention here means that the bug is "fixed" by removing the package altogether form Debian.
