Bug Description
We're running diskimage-builder within docker, and have hit a situation where mkfs fail when run immediately after lvcreate.
When enabling tracing, it is clear that at the time, the device has not yet been made available in /dev/mapper. Patching in a short sleep is an effective workaround in our case.
