Bug Description

File names used by CentOS for bootloader are `shimx64-centos.efi` and `grubx64.efi` and live under `EFI/centos`. Similarly for Ubuntu those are respectively `shimx64.efi.signed` and `grubx64.efi.signed`. The current logic does not reflect those, therefore it's not possible to build ISO for those.

Testing has been done using the following distros

* Ubuntu 18.04
* Ubuntu 20.04
* CentOS 8 Stream

with the following elements `{ubuntu|centos}-minimal iso ironic-python-agent-ramdisk`
