Add DIB_APT_SOURCES_INLINE to apt-sources element

Bug Description
I found that apt-sources element accepts only filenames in DIB_APT_SOURCES. This is very inconvenient, because filenames should have absolute path (because relative paths do not work) - and this disallows usage of apt-sources element inside git (which can be checked out in any directory).
My idea is to add DIB_APT_
