Bug Description

HP Proliant Gen9 Servers with Dynamic Smart Array Controllers cannot be deployed unless the driver for the same is not added into the ramdisk.
The proposal is to add element for the same in diskimage-builder so that the HP Proliant Gen9 servers with dynamic SA can be deployed successfully with ubuntu. As of now the support will be added for ubuntu.

    Add a new element hpdsa

    This element enables creation of Ubuntu deploy ramdisk and
    user images which could be used to deploy the HP Proliant
    Servers with Dynamic Smart Array Controllers. Without this driver
    the disk with the Dynamic Smart Array Controller is
    not visible to the ramdisk.
