Bug Description

* Detailed description of the problem and step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce it.
     I have setup an all-in-one master/kilo devstack environment on Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS, when the HP Gen8 server use H220i Host adapter to control local hard disk, the newest signed Fedora and Ubuntu fs type user image built by DIB can`t boot on HP DL380 Gen8 server for lack of mpt2sas driver, although the deploy process could pass but the signed user image boot hang for no root disk. This issue happens every time. The older version user image which has mpt2sas driver can boot successfully.

* Version: ironic master/kilo with Devstack all-in-one installation / newest DIB with fedora and Ubuntu element

* Output of utilities run:
Logs for instance boot failed:
     Please check the attached “iscsi_ilo driver with Ubuntu deploy ISO on Gen8 Biso mode signed fedora user image boot hang vsplogs.log” for Gen8 server signed Fedora user image boot information.
     Please check the attached “Iscsi_ilo with Ubuntu deploy ISO on Gen8 Bios signed ubuntu user image local boot failed.png” for Gen8 server signed Ubuntu user image boot information.
