ISO image of deploy ramdisk doesn't have provision to log things to serial console

Currently we build the ISO of a deploy ramdisk by adding the iso element. But when deploy ramdisk is booted of an ISO, it doesn't log things to bare metal's serial console. There is no provision to make this happen.

    Support custom kernel cmdline args for deploy iso

    This commit adds support for providing custom kernel
    cmdline args while building deploy ISO. This is useful
    for adding kernel cmdline like 'console=ttyS1' in
    environment (assuming all bare metals have been configured
    to output to COM2 in BIOS).
