d-i-b fails to stop when it discovers an element doesn't exist

Bug Description

Instead it ignores the error finding the element and fails later in the process

[derekh@fido diskimage-builder]$ ./bin/disk-image-create -o t.qcow2 fedora idontexist
Building elements: base fedora idontexist
ERROR: Element 'idontexist' not found in './bin/../elements'
Expanded element dependencies to:
Building in /tmp/image.Eld0bycr
Please include at least one distribution root element.

which is in diskimage-builder >= 0.1.20.
