Bug Description

With ilo_iscsi driver in ironic, we need a mechanism to build a bootable iso from a DIB kernel/ramdisk. We need support in diskimage-builder to package a given kernel, ramdisk and disk image into a bootable ISO which when attached and booted, will do the provisioning.
