Bug Description

We are adding a new driver in ironic called IloDriver which provisions baremetal nodes using virtual media. The driver connects the virtual media and makes the baremetal node boot from it.

This change is to add a new element deploy-ironic-vmedia which will be used along with ramdisk-image-create. The new element will provide an init script which will mount the virtual media and write the image to the disk.

Just closing this bug as plan for adding this element was dropped because it would hit a significant performance hit if the deploy image is transferred through management network.
