Bug Description

Supporting RHEL and CentOS are not supported yet, but it should be a small matter of:
 - obtaining a stable URL to base images
 - adding an element that grabs that url and unpacks it appropriately.

There is a rhel element in review now. CentOS publish public cloud images AIUI, I don't know about RedHat.

Red Hat doesn't publish public cloud images; however, there is on available for download for RHEL subscription owners via rhn.redhat.com
