Bundle doesn't work

I'm trying to follow the guide: https://api.jujucharms.com/charmstore/v5/~discourse-charmers/discourse-3/archive/README.md

However, there are a number of problems:

I've updated the README to fix the location of the charm, but haven't pushed that change to the charmstore yet. Will do that shortly.

I can confirm I'm also seeing "Ruby error: ['Discourse requires Ruby 2.5.2 or up']" on bionic.
