Expose ZeitgeistClipboardStorage.get_item_by_checksum

Plugins need a way to retrieve clipboard items. The ZeitgeistClipboardStorage class has get_item_by_checksum but the Controller doesn't expose the method. Currently this can be worked around by calling select_item_by_checksum fallowed by get_current_item but this has the unwanted effect of selecting the clipboard item.

That's not a big problem to add this - I wonder though what is your use case to use a get_item_by_checksum from a plugin?

There could be many uses, basically anytime a plugin needs to get a specific clipboard item. My current use case is in the 'pined items' plugin I'm making. I needed a way to save pinned items (so save the checksum) then get that clipboard item when it needed to be pasted.

OK this makes sense. This is a quick thing so will be added to the next version.
