Bug Description
It would be good to have a separate permanent buffer of often pasted items, possibly as the top of the clipboard, or possibly as a separate icon in the panel.
So, for example while I am testing web forms I can have a number of items that can be repeatedly cut-and-pasted into the form for testing under different scenarios, or I could use it to keep a bunch of command line commands to paste into a terminal.

This idea has been already added to the blueprint for plugin ideas as static items see here https:/
Adding therefore this issue to that blue print as well.
