Hotkey Ctrl+Alt+V does not work

It seems that there is a issue with grabbing a hot key on arch linux. See package details http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=45803.

Changing hotkey to another key does not fix the issue.

Should consider higher priority if this issue appear on other installations as well.

I have the same problem, the hotkey not work and I can not create a new combination. Using ubuntu 12.10 with gnome-shell and kernel 3.6. not p

Thanks for comment. Apparently there is an issue with the Hotkey on Ubuntu 12.10. We are working on it. Not sure though whether this issue is related with the issue on Arch Linux.

Might need to split up this issue.

There has been an issue with valac version 0.14 and 0.16 when it comes to handle pointer. Thanks Andrea for the hint.

I have updated diodon to vala 0.16. Will soon be available in the daily ppa for final testing before it gets then into the stable ppa also for quantal.

Ohh. Almost forgot as a side node: It of course also needs to be tested on ArchLinux whether this fix works there as well.
