Running 'diasporactrl setup database' outside environment folder gives error

Running 'diasporactrl setup database' outside environment folder gives error:

Diaspora* system user is: jaywink
/usr/bin/diasporactrl: line 530: .diasporactrlrc: No such file or directory

To run the environment, change to the environment folder and
execute the following command:
diasporactrl start

This will start a background server process which you can then
stop with the command:
diasporactrl stop
