recent calls list shows additional zero on dialled number

Bug Description
When I dial a local number (no country code or area code included) it shows up in the recent call list with an extra zero in front. When I then pick it from the recent call list to dial it again, the number appearing in the dialer is correct. It is only the recent call list that shows it incorrectly.
Example - when I dial:
26123456
Recent call list shows:
026123456
The problem exists at least since I bought my MX4 last year. Still happening with OTA13.
Maybe it matters to note that the phone is being used in country "+352" where they don't have any area codes.
