Hang up and pick up icons difficult to distinguish for color blind people

The default theme chosen for the Ubuntu phone, red and green icons on white background, is confusing for color blind people like me.
Especially when answering a phone call I always have to struggle if I have to slide to the right or to the left; to me they appear identical, cannot distinguish the green from the red one.

In this case different icons would greatly help; for instance an horizontally placed icon to hang up and a diagonally placed one to pick up the call.

i really dont understand why they changed they were perfect as there were - you knew what was lot like any other phone red drop - green pick up?
