Bug Description
This might be related to bug 1346804
On dual-SIM devices, SIM1 is always selected by default. When there is only 1 SIM card inserted in SIM2, then SIM2 must be the default, and SIM1 must be hidden. Otherwise the app warns the user that there is no network on SIM1.
