Bug Description
Whenever there's a network error (I think remote line busy, too), the dialer app just closes the in-call screen. There's no sound, no feedback on why the call failed.
There should be a corresponding sound and the screen should show the reason in the in-call screen after the proximity sensor deactivates, that times out after a few seconds, or a press on the end-call button.

Implementation note 1: The lower layers of our telephony stack (mako hw, RIL, oFono) already provide the reason why a call ended. I tested that I get all three different values for org.ofono. VoiceCall. DisconnectReaso n (see https:/ /github. com/rilmodem/ ofono/blob/ master/ doc/voicecall- api.txt# L87 ) correctly.
Implementation note 2: We do not yet have a mechanism for playing telephony-specific notification sounds. See also bug 1187453.
(Of course, a generic system beep would already be an improvement over having no feedback at all).
