SMS Listener Does Not Remember COM Port

Bug Description

Each time the SMS Listener starts, we have to set the COM port. Once the settings are saved, the SMS Listener should be able to use the same port that was used before the machine was restarted or the application was closed and started again.

Rev-195: Added support for user-home/.smslistener/SMSListener.inf file to store and retrieve port numbers. This file will be used for setting port. Default port is 8.

Hi,

Does it count if device was changed, and make another try and catch to
obtain new COM port?
