Resource tables prone to failure due to case sensitivity

Bug #1240130 reported by Lars Helge Øverland on 2013-10-15

Bug Description

In the resource tables which use object names as column names, there is a vulnerability in the sense that some databases, like Postgres, are case-sensitive when it comes to field uniqueness constraints, but case-insensitive when it comes to column name. So, as an example, you could have two categories in the system "Age" and "AGE", which will cause an error when trying to generate the category resource table with two identical "age" columns.
