Current trunk version (87) only downloads activity plans, even though the user has been assigned to an orgunit, and the orgunit has been assigned to a dataset. Does not happen in version 0.6.

Hi Jason,

We did some tests and it seems to me that the bug does not occur. However,
please make sure that you check on the "Available for Mobile Reporting"
checkbox. If you don't, mobile client can not download that dataset.

Running server trunk r2920, the dhis-demo with one user and one mobile dataset added.
The server is delivering what seems correct (http://localhost:8080/api/orgUnits/559/all):

</mobileModel>

r87 of client trunk shows empty community module functionality instead of facility part.
